The DTAM Project consortium is composed by: Politeknika Ikastegia Txorierri (Spain), Sarenet (Spain), GAIA (Spain), AFM Cluster (Spain), Da Vinci College (the Netherlands), APRO Fundazione (Italy), IDEC (Greece), ATLANTIS Engineering S.A. (Greece), University of Patras (Greece), Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Bulgaria) and Basquegame (Spain).
When this policy refers to “we”, this refers to all the listed partners jointly.
This privacy policy is made in compliance with the provision of the GDPR Regulation EU 2016/679.
What we collect and why
When you fill in the “Contact us” box, we collect and store information about your name, e-mail address and other non-sensitive information you might provide. We do not share your e-mail address or any of the other information with third parties. We store this information in a database for the duration of the project and will remove it afterwards. We may also collect your IP address automatically as you interact with our website. This is in the interest of ensuring that there is no malicious use of the website and maximum protection to your data. We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

Who has access to stored data
All information submitted through the website, whether stored on the webserver or in our issue system, will be available only to the Consortium staff and contractors.
What are your rights
You have the right to receive the personal data we have stored about you, as well as the right to instruct us to rectify it if it’s incorrect. You also have the right to object to our storing of information, in which case we will remove personal data about you, as well as the right to remove your consent to processing of your personal data in line with this policy, in which case we will also take steps to remove your personal data.
